1 Šta su kolačići
Kolačići (cookies) su mali tekstualni fajlovi koje veb sajtovi smeštaju na Vaš računar, tablet, ili telefon dok pretražujete. Pomažu sajtu da se "seti" Vas — na primer, da ste već logovani, koje stavke su u korpi, ili koji jezik ste izabrali.
2 Naš pristup — privacy by default
Koristimo što manje kolačića — samo one koji su tehnički potrebni za rad sajta, plus nekoliko za pristupačnost (accessibility) i sigurnost.
NE koristimo:

- ❌ Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, ili drugi marketing pixels
- ❌ Behavioral tracking
- ❌ Affiliate tracking kroz kolačiće
- ❌ Cross-site tracking
Koristimo:
- ✅ Tehničke kolačiće za rad sajta
- ✅ Kolačiće za accessibility (pomoć korisnicima sa invaliditetom)
- ✅ Sigurnosne kolačiće (bot detection, anti-spam)
- ✅ Plaćanja karticom kroz preusmeravanje na bančinu stranicu — kartični podaci ne prolaze kroz naš sajt
3 Detaljna lista kolačića koje postavljamo
3.1 🔒 Neophodni kolačići (uvek aktivni)
Bez ovih kolačića sajt ne radi. Postavljaju se automatski i ne traže saglasnost.

3.2 ⚙️ Funkcionalni kolačići (saglasnost potrebna)
Ovi kolačići aktiviraju Elementor accessibility widget — alat koji pomaže korisnicima sa invaliditetom (povećavanje fonta, kontrast, screen reader podrška).

Napomena: Iako su funkcionalni, ove kolačiće preporučujemo da ostavite uključene — značajno olakšavaju pristupanje sajtu korisnicima sa invaliditetom. Mogu se isključiti kroz cookie banner.
3.3 🛡️ Bot-detection kolačići
Koristimo Google reCAPTCHA za zaštitu kontakt formi od spam-a.

⚠️ Važna napomena: Google reCAPTCHA šalje neke podatke Google-u u SAD. Iako je svrha legitimna (zaštita od spam-a), ovaj prenos se vrši uz Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) kao zakonsku osnovu.
Možete da koristite sajt bez reCAPTCHA — ali u tom slučaju neće raditi naše kontakt forme. Druge funkcionalnosti sajta nisu pogođene.
3.4 💳 Treće strane (third-party)
Kada idete na checkout stranicu /qr-license/buy/, naš payment processor postavlja sopstvene kolačiće za fraud prevention i procesiranje plaćanja:
Plaćanje karticom (UniCredit Banka):
- Kartični procesi se obavljaju kroz preusmeravanje (redirect) na sigurnu stranicu UniCredit Banke
- Kartični podaci se NE prosleđuju našem sajtu — ne postavljamo nikakve payment kolačiće na našem sajtu
- Eventualne kolačiće postavlja sama banka tokom plaćanja na njihovoj stranici (videti privacy policy UniCredit Banke)
Ovi kolačići su neophodni za sigurno procesiranje plaćanja. Privacy Policy-ji:

4 Šta NE postavlja klijent-side kolačiće
Da bude potpuno jasno — naš sajt NE postavlja:

Ako vidite neki od ovih kolačića u svom pretraživaču posle posete našem sajtu, dolaze sa drugih sajtova koje ste posetili.
5 Kako Vam tražimo saglasnost
5.1 Cookie banner
Prilikom Vaše prve posete, vidite banner sa tri opcije:

- Odbij sve opcione — samo neophodni i bot-detection kolačići se postavljaju (Elementor accessibility se isključuje)
- Prihvati — sve gore navedene kategorije se aktiviraju
Možete u bilo kom trenutku promeniti izbor kroz "Cookie Settings" link u footer-u sajta.
5.2 Kako da blokirate kolačiće kroz pretraživač
Pored našeg banner-a, možete koristiti i podešavanja pretraživača:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies → Block third-party cookies
- Firefox: Preferences → Privacy & Security → Enhanced Tracking Protection → Strict
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Prevent cross-site tracking ✓
- Brave: Default — već blokira tracking, ne morate ništa
6 Pravni osnov i Vaša prava
6.1 Pravni osnov
- Neophodni kolačići: EU ePrivacy Directive Član 5(3) — saglasnost nije potrebna jer su tehnički neophodni
- Funkcionalni kolačići: GDPR Član 6(1)(a) — saglasnost
- reCAPTCHA: legitimni interes za zaštitu od spam-a (GDPR Član 6(1)(f)) + SCCs za prenos u SAD
6.2 Vaša prava
- Pravo da odbijete sve ne-essential kolačiće
- Pravo da povučete saglasnost u bilo kom trenutku (Cookie Settings u footeru)
- Pravo na žalbu Povereniku za zaštitu podataka o ličnosti Republike Srbije ako verujete da krše prava
7 Promene ove politike
Politika može da se menja:
- Ako dodamo novi tool (npr. analitiku) — najavljujemo 30 dana unapred, tražimo novu saglasnost
- Manje izmene (tipo greške) — bez najave, ažurira se "Poslednje ažurirano"

We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect contact forms from spam.

⚠️ Important note: Google reCAPTCHA sends some data to Google in USA. Although the purpose is legitimate (spam protection), this transfer is performed under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as legal basis.
You can use the site without reCAPTCHA — but in that case our contact forms won't work. Other site functionalities are not affected.
3.4 💳 Third Parties
When you go to the checkout page /qr-license/buy/, our payment processor sets its own cookies for fraud prevention and payment processing:
Card payment (UniCredit Bank):
- Card payments are processed through a redirect to the secure UniCredit Bank page
- Card data is NOT transmitted to our site — we do not set any payment cookies on our website
- Any cookies are set by the bank itself during payment on their page (see UniCredit Bank privacy policy)
These cookies are necessary for secure payment processing. Privacy Policies:

4 What We DO NOT Set as Client-side Cookies
To be completely clear — our site does NOT set:

5.2 How to Block Cookies Through Your Browser
In addition to our banner, you can use browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies → Block third-party cookies
- Firefox: Preferences → Privacy & Security → Enhanced Tracking Protection → Strict
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Prevent cross-site tracking ✓
- Brave: Default — already blocks tracking, you don't need to do anything
6 Legal Basis and Your Rights
6.1 Legal Basis
- Necessary cookies: EU ePrivacy Directive Article 5(3) — consent not required as technically necessary
- Functional cookies: GDPR Article 6(1)(a) — consent
- reCAPTCHA: legitimate interest for spam protection (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) + SCCs for US transfer
6.2 Your Rights
- Right to refuse all non-essential cookies
- Right to withdraw consent at any time (Cookie Settings in footer)
- Right to complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia if you believe rights are violated
7 Changes to This Policy
Policy may change:
- If we add a new tool (e.g., analytics) — announced 30 days in advance, we request new consent
- Minor changes (typos) — no notice, "Last updated" is refreshed
