In shortBuying gives you the right to use Planeta Booking on a set number of sites, forever, with free updates. The plugin runs on your hosting and the data is yours. You may not resell it or pass it on. If something does not work as described, we fix it or refund you.

1.What you are buying

By purchasing you acquire a license to use the Planeta Booking software, not ownership of it. Copyright remains with us.

The license is perpetual. It does not expire, it is not renewed and it is not paid for again. There is no subscription and no commission on your revenue.

The plugin is installed on your WordPress site, on your hosting. We have no access to your site or your database.

2.How many sites the license covers

A site is counted per domain. An activation is tied to the domain the plugin is installed on.

Test and development sitesAn installation on a local machine, a staging or a test domain does not use up an activation as long as it does not take real bookings. If you are unsure, ask, we will not make an issue of it.

You can move the license to another domain. You deactivate it on the old site from the admin, then activate it on the new one. If you no longer have access to the old site, tell us and we will release the activation.

3.What you may do

Use the plugin for your own business and for your clients' businesses, within the number of sites in your package
Modify the plugin code for your own needs, on your own sites
Charge your clients for your services, with no share going to us
Move the license to another domain
Export all of your data whenever you want
Keep using the version you have even if we stop developing the plugin

The Agency package and clientsAn Agency license allows installation on your clients' sites. You are not selling the client a license, you are selling a service. The license remains yours, and you are responsible for how it is used.

4.What you may not do

Resell, rent out or distribute the plugin as a product
Share your license key with others or publish it
Install the plugin on more sites than your package allows
Remove or bypass the license check
Publish a modified version of the plugin as your own product

The distinction is simple: anything you do for your own business and for your clients is fine. Anything that would mean someone else gets the plugin instead of buying it, is not.

5.Updates and support

New versions arrive through WordPress, at no extra cost and with no deadline. There is no year after which updates stop.

Support runs by email, at office@planeta-racunari.rs. You are answered by the person who wrote the code.

What support is notWe do not guarantee a response time and we have no on-call shifts. In practice we answer quickly, but that is not a promise we can put in a contract. If a guaranteed response time is a condition for you, say so before buying.

Support covers how the plugin works. It does not cover configuring your hosting, building your site, or WordPress training.

A bug that affects operation goes into the very next version, at no charge. If we cannot fix it, we refund you, regardless of how much time has passed.

6.Your data and your clients' data

Appointments, clients and settings sit in your site's database. They are not sent to us and do not pass through our server.

You are the data controllerUnder data protection law, including the GDPR, you are the controller of your clients' data. That means you are responsible for processing it, for consents, and for answering your clients' requests. We are not a processor of that data, because we never access it.

The plugin gives you the tools: export and deletion of a client's data from their record.

The only thing the plugin sends us is the license check: the key, the domain, the WordPress version and the plugin version. The privacy policy covers this in detail.

7.Warranty and liability

We warrant that the plugin does what this site describes. The list of what it does not do sits on the home page and forms part of these terms.

We do not warrant that it will run without a single bug, nor that it will suit every conceivable need. Software without bugs does not exist, and anyone claiming otherwise is not telling the truth.

Limitation of liabilityOur liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. We are not liable for lost profit, lost bookings, reputational harm or indirect damage.

This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, nor in cases where liability is prescribed by law and cannot be limited.

You are responsible for backups of your site. We recommend taking one before every update, as with any other plugin.

8.End of license

The license ends in two cases:

If you withdraw from the purchase within 14 days and receive a refund, under the conditions in the refund policy
If you breach these terms, for example by publishing the key or reselling the plugin

In the second case we contact you before doing anything, because a misunderstanding is more likely than abuse.

When the license ends the plugin reverts to the free version. Your data stays in your database.

9.Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, but changes do not apply retroactively. The terms in force on the day of your purchase apply to your license.

The date of the last change is at the top of this page.

10.Who we are and which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. The court in Čačak has jurisdiction over disputes.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the law of your country, including the right to bring proceedings in your own place of residence.

If any provision of these terms proves invalid, the remainder stays in force.
