Industries

Fifty-three industries,
and yours is almost certainly here

You pick what you do, and the system configures itself: it loads services with durations and prices, and sets the word you use for an appointment. Instead of an empty admin, in ten minutes you have something that works.

Nothing matches that term. It does not mean the plugin will not work for you: presets are only a shortcut, and you can enter services yourself in two minutes. Tell us which industry it is and we will add it.

What happens when you click your industry

Three things, and you can change all three right away.

Services with durations

A hairdresser gets cuts, color and highlights, with the time those services actually take. You do not have to work out how long a blow-dry runs.

Prices as a proposal

Realistic prices for that industry are filled in. This is the one item nearly everyone changes, and it changes in a minute.

Your word, not ours

A clinic gets “appointment”, a spa gets “treatment”, a gym gets “training”, a lawyer gets “meeting”. The word then declines through the cases on its own.

A color in the calendar

Each industry carries its own color, so the calendar looks like yours from the start, not like a gray table.

This is what one preset looks like

A hair salon, exactly what a single click loads.

Hair salon terminology: appointment
Cut (women's)45 min1.200
Cut (men's)30 min800
Color90 min3.000
Highlights120 min4.500
Blow-dry30 min1.000
Five services, entered with one click. Prices are a proposal for the Serbian market and you change them immediately, while durations are realistic and usually stay as they are. For coloring, set the rest phase right away, so the slot is not locked while the color sets.

You work online, whatever your industry

Consulting, therapy, tutoring and language lessons often run over video. That is not a separate industry but a switch on the service.

Online is a flag, not a separate preset

  • Mark a service as online and add the meeting link. The link goes into the confirmation and the reminder, so the client is not hunting for where to click.
  • Time zones handle themselves. A client in Vienna sees the slot in their own time, clearly marked as their time.
  • The same service can exist twice, once in person and once online, with different prices and durations.
  • Anyone working only in person will never see this. For services without that flag, none of the above is shown.
A therapist working both in the office and over video runs both in one calendar, without two systems.

If your industry is not on the list

The list is a shortcut, not a condition. The plugin does not know what you do and does not care.

  • A preset does not change how the plugin works. It only enters services for you. Everything that works for a hairdresser works for an industry that is not listed, because it is the same engine.
  • Take the nearest one. If you run a recording studio, take the photography studio and rename the services. Editing five services takes less time than entering fifteen.
  • Or skip the selection. The wizard can be skipped and services entered by hand. For three services that is two minutes.
  • Then tell us which one it is. Most of these 53 exist because someone said theirs was missing. If yours is missing too, it goes into the next release, and upgrades are free.
The only case where a preset genuinely does not help is a business that is not booked by appointment. Then you do not need this plugin at all, and it is better that you hear that now.

An empty admin is why software ends up unused

That is why the industry selection exists: so that after installing you have services, prices and your own words, rather than a blank screen and the question of where to start.
