On your own site the parent picks how many hours, how many children, whether a meal is needed and whether you leave the house. The price updates as they choose, so they finish without a phone call and you receive the booking with every condition attached.
You enter the services, durations and surcharges once. After that the parent builds the combination that suits them, and the system prices it instead of you doing it on the phone.
Services with duration and price, a surcharge per condition, the break after an appointment and the area you work in.
Duration, number of children and extras. The price updates on every choice, before they send the request.
You did not enter the gaps from 12 to 13 and from 17 to 18 by hand. The break after an appointment is a setting on the service, so the form never offers 12.15. What the parent chose is stored with the appointment, so you know in advance whether you are cooking and where you are going.
Daytime care with conditions the parent picks is fully covered. Two parts of the job work partly or not at all, and they are described below so this is known before purchase.
An appointment in the plugin has one date and a duration in minutes. There is no “from date to date” field, so care from Friday to Sunday cannot be entered as one booking. This is the data model, not a setting.
If overnight and weekend care is a core part of your work, this plugin does not cover it today. Run daytime care through the system and arrange multi day stays by phone. Check this before you buy.
Picking the number of hours from a dropdown on a single service is planned, but it is not in this version. Ask before buying if that decides it for you.
Every condition you offer can carry a surcharge, fixed or per hour. The parent chooses, the form adds it up, and the server does the final sum.
The break after an appointment is a setting on the service, in minutes. The preset sets it to 60 and the form stops offering any slot that does not leave an hour.
The places you work in are entered as a list, so a parent from a place you do not cover sees that immediately instead of booking a slot you cannot take.
The “Nanny / childcare” preset enters the services, the 60 minute break and the fields with surcharges, so the starting point is one click away. The prices below are an example and you change them in the admin. The base price is for one child.
Example: four hours, two children, a meal and the play centre gives 3,200 plus 1,200 plus 500 plus 800, so 5,700 RSD. That sum is done by the server from your own price list, so the price does not depend on what the form sends.
No. The number of children, the meal and the outing are fields in the form, and each carries its own surcharge. The parent picks a combination and sees the price straight away, so they only call about something the form does not cover. You enter the surcharges once, on the service.
As a surcharge on the “Number of children” field, per hour. In the example the second child is 300 RSD per hour, so four hours add 1,200 RSD. You do not create a separate service for two children, because one service carries every combination.
No. The form displays the price but does not decide it. The server computes it from the price list stored on the service and accepts only the choice from the form. If an option you do not offer is sent, the booking is rejected, and any amount sent is never read at all.
No. The break after an appointment is a setting on the service and the preset sets it to 60 minutes. If the first booking runs until 12, the next slot offered is 13.
No to both. The plugin does not vet or rate nannies, it runs appointments, prices and records. You decide the fields in the form and no health field is included by default, because a child’s health data is a special category of personal data. If you add such a field, you are the controller of that data and you are responsible for it.
The parent picks the duration, the number of children and the extras, sees the price and books. You enter the surcharges once, on the service, and the system does the arithmetic after that.
