How the license is activated
After purchase you receive a license key. It is entered on the License page in the admin, after which every feature unlocks and new versions are announced automatically.
The pricing model is one-off. There is no monthly subscription, no charge per booking and no commission on revenue. The license and every future update stay yours.
The dinar price applies to bank transfer within Serbia. The euro amount is for reference, converted at the NBS middle rate. From abroad, payment is by card, in dollars, with VAT included.
Price is final. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged or shown.
The pricing model differs from a subscription in four respects, set out below.
There is no annual renewal and no repeat charge. The plugin runs on your own server, so it keeps working even if the vendor stops operating.
New versions arrive through the WordPress admin, by the same procedure as any other plugin, at no extra cost. 27 updates have been released since the start of the year.
There is no percentage of booking value and no charge per appointment. The license costs the same for 50 bookings and for 5,000.
The data sits in your own database, on your own hosting. Client data is not passed to a third party and does not depend on an external platform.
Two ways, depending on where you are.
Bank transfer to the company account. The dinar price is final, with no conversion and no exchange rate difference. You receive the license key by email once the payment arrives.
VISA, Mastercard and PayPal, in dollars. VAT is charged by Paddle as the seller, at the VAT rate of the destination country. The license key arrives by email right after payment.
We issue invoices for companies. If you need a proforma invoice before paying, email us with your company details.

The difference is in the delivery model. Subscription tools charge a recurring fee because they maintain the servers that hold user data. This plugin runs on your hosting, so that cost does not exist and is not built into the price. The price is one-off because the cost of delivery is one-off.
The plugin is installed on your own server and keeps working. Only new releases would stop. On subscription platforms both the application and the database sit on the provider's servers, so shutting the service down removes access to both.
The plan is determined by the number of sites, not the number of locations. If both locations are on the same site, Single is enough, and the locations are separated through resources and staff. Two separate sites require Business.
No. Installation is the same as for any other plugin. After it, a three step wizard leads to a working form: pick the industry, add the first staff member, and create the page. Color, logo, texts and terminology are changed in the admin, without editing code.
Yes. Online payment works by card through Stripe and PayPal, alongside cash, bank transfer and installments. Each account enters its own key, so the client's payment goes straight to you.
Yes. An upgrade is charged as the difference in plan price. The data stays unchanged, only the license key changes. The same applies when moving from the Free plan to any paid plan.
Through the Free plan, which has no time limit. It installs on your site and runs without any card details. There is no trial period that expires, so the evaluation takes as long as you need.
