Booking, the admin, payments, automatic messages, integrations and customization. Each part is described below, with a link to its detailed page. The license is paid once, with no subscription.
The booking form is the part the client sees. The daily work happens in the admin: the calendar, payments, the client record and booking analytics.
In detail about the admin panelFour figures on one screen: appointments today, appointments this week, upcoming appointments and this month's revenue.
A day, week and month view. The day view can additionally be grouped by staff or by workplace. The client's phone number sits on the appointment card.
Collected, invoiced and the outstanding amount, by client or by appointment. Partial payments are recorded as installments.
The visit count, the total paid, the outstanding amount, the full appointment history and an internal note visible only to staff.
Shows at which step booking breaks off: choosing the service, choosing the slot, or entering details.
A check of the environment, the database and migrations, the cron that sends reminders, email delivery and the license server. Each finding comes with instructions for fixing it.
Free slots are calculated at the moment they are displayed, from twelve inputs. A double booking is not possible.
How slots are calculatedEach staff member has their own working hours per weekday, their own days off and their own list of services. The client picks a person or the “anyone available” option.
The calculation takes in working hours, days off, existing bookings, service phases and the prep time before and after an appointment. An overlap is not possible.
A chair, booth, room or court is tracked as a workplace. An appointment takes both the person and the place. Group services have a capacity, so the number of taken seats is counted.
A staff member gets a list of the areas in which they provide the service. When a business has several staff, the client picks a place first and only sees those who cover it. You enter the list yourself, with no built in city database.
When no slot is free, the client leaves contact details for the date they wanted. A cancellation triggers an automatic notice to whoever is waiting.
The client confirms attendance from the reminder, with one click and without an account. The confirmation shows in the calendar before the day begins.
An online service carries a meeting link that goes into the confirmation and the reminder. A client in another time zone sees the slot converted into their own time.
Each message is enabled and edited separately, and it is sent automatically, by the rule set for it.
Detail on every messagePayments, invoiced and outstanding amounts are tracked on one screen. There is no commission on revenue.
In detail about paymentsAn overview by client or by appointment, with the invoiced, paid and outstanding amount. A period filter and search.
Codes with a percentage or amount, expiry date and usage limits. Also used inside automated messages.
Sixteen events go out through a signed webhook and a REST API, so the system connects to the tools you already use.
In detail about integrations16 events: a new booking, a cancellation, a completed appointment, a recorded payment, attendance confirmed, a waiting list sign-up and every automatic message.
Every message that goes out by email can leave through the webhook at the same time. The client details, phone number included, travel in the request body, so you pick the sending service yourself.
An add to calendar button sits in the confirmation and in the email. Each staff member has their own iCal link that refreshes itself.
Keys for external systems: read bookings with filters, list services and staff. Each key can be revoked on its own.
The emails carry a schema.org EventReservation block, so Gmail can show the appointment as a card in the message list, before it is opened.
The confirmation has a separate print view, without the site menu. The client prints it or saves it as a PDF.
Text, terminology, colors and the logo are changed from the admin, with no .po files and no code changes.
In detail about customizationEvery text the client sees is edited from the admin. Serbian and English are already in place, and you add any other language yourself.
Eight terminologies: appointment, booking, treatment, session, class, training, meeting and visit. The chosen word is swapped in the form and in the emails.
The color and logo apply to the form, to the emails and to every page the client sees, with no CSS to write.
You pick your industry, and the services with their durations, prices and matching terminology are written in automatically. 54 industries and 206 services are prepared.
The form is inserted with one shortcode and does not depend on jQuery. It works on Elementor, Divi, Astra and Bricks themes.
A check of the environment, the database, the cron that sends reminders, email delivery and the time zone. Each finding is shown with instructions on what to fix.
Every paid plan includes every feature. The only difference is the number of sites.

The free version runs with one service and one staff member, with no time limit. The license removes those limits and is paid once.
