A reminder that prevents an empty slot. A message that chases unpaid money on its own. An invite that brings a client back after three months. All sent automatically, without your time.
None of them show up in the books. All three happen every month.
That hour cannot be sold retroactively. Revenue is zero, costs are the same, staff, electricity, rent. A slot booked three weeks ago is the easiest to evaporate.
Some pay later, some partially, some forget. You never get round to chasing it, and after a month it feels awkward. That money is already earned.
No falling out. The habit simply broke. Nobody reminded them, so they went somewhere closer. Winning back an old client is far cheaper than finding a new one.
All three are solved by the same thing: a message at the right moment. The problem is that nobody has time to send it. So the system does.
The 24-hour reminder catches forgetfulness. The one on the day catches second thoughts. Two different reasons for the same empty slot.
The client gets everything in one place: service, date, time, staff, price and a reference number (e.g. 7C26745C). Plus “Add to calendar” buttons for Google and Apple/Outlook, and a link to change or cancel.
If payment is by bank transfer, the details are right there in the email, with the reference number as the payment reference.
The classic day-before reminder. It catches the person who booked three weeks ago and honestly forgot. Includes all the details and buttons to cancel or reschedule.
The key part: if they realize they cannot make it, they cancel in time, and that slot goes to the waiting list and fills up. Without a reminder, the same person simply does not turn up.
A short message on the day. This is not the same client as the first reminder: they remember, but something came up. This one catches them in time to tell you.
If the booking was made at the last minute, the client does not get two emails back to back, the system sees the first has just gone out and skips the second.
The client taps “I will be there” and that is it, no account, no password, no form. In your calendar that booking gets a green mark, so you know in advance who is definitely coming.
The part that actually saves money: whoever realizes they cannot make it has, on the same page, a button to cancel or reschedule. A silent no-show turns into a free slot the waiting list fills immediately.
The fastest return on the whole system. This is money you have already earned, sitting in someone else's pocket.
The system finds completed services that were not paid and sends the client a polite message: the price, what was paid, what is left, and how to pay. The details come from your settings.
You do not have to call, chase, or feel awkward. The message is businesslike and it sends itself.
Move an appointment or change the service, the client knows immediately. Approve or cancel a booking, the client knows immediately. No phone calls, no misunderstandings at the door.
This is where it is decided whether a client is one-off or lifelong. Most businesses do nothing here.
A thank you for their trust and a “Leave a review” button that goes straight to your Google profile. Asked while the impression is fresh, that is when people actually write.
Reviews are the cheapest channel for new clients. Most happy clients would leave one, nobody ever asks them.
A warm message without reproach: “Sorry we missed you. It happens, we completely understand.” With a button that leads straight to booking the same service.
Without this, a client who missed an appointment usually never returns, not because they do not want to, but because they are embarrassed to reach out first.
For each service you set the recommended gap: haircut 30 days, coloring 45, check-up 180, service 365. When it passes, the client gets a message with a button that takes them straight to that service.
This is the strongest move for recurring revenue: it turns one-off visits into a rhythm, without a single call from you.
A client who has gone quiet gets a “We miss you” message with your offer, for example 10% off with a code. You create the code in vouchers; the system finds who to send it to.
It is not sent to anyone who already has a booking. There is no point inviting someone who is coming anyway, it looks like you do not know your own client list.
A greeting with a gift, if you want. Birthday messages have the highest open rate of all, because they are not an advert, they are attention.
You enter the date of birth yourself, or switch it on as an optional field in the form so the list fills itself.
The system counts completed visits and sends a thank you with a gift at each threshold: on the 5th, 10th, 15th, never in between.
A stamp card without the card and without the stamps. Nothing gets lost in a handbag and nobody has to count.
A client who sees everything is booked normally leaves for good. This way they stay.
The client knows the request was received and that they need do nothing. Without it they wonder whether the click even worked.
When an appointment is canceled, the system checks whether the client's service can actually fit now, and only then sends. No false alarms about a spot that is not really there.
The button leads straight to the form, with the service already selected and that day open. The client picks a time and it is done. The empty slot filled itself, without your call.
The only messages that do not go to clients.
The staff member immediately knows a booking landed with them, with the client's contact details and a calendar button. You get a notification for every new booking.
Staff get the list of their appointments for the day: time, client, phone, service, and whether attendance was confirmed. Anyone without appointments gets nothing.
You get the picture: how many appointments today and how many confirmed, what was completed or canceled yesterday, how many new bookings arrived, and how much is outstanding, without logging in.
Each of these 16 messages can go out at the same time as WhatsApp, Viber or SMS. Connected through Zapier, Make or n8n, no developer.
The payload carries the name, phone, email, service, date and reference number, everything needed for a message on any channel. See integrations →
No writing copy, no templates, no rule builders. Turn on what you need and leave the rest off.
Automated messages are dangerous without brakes. These are built in and cannot be bypassed.
After installation nothing is sent except the booking confirmation and the reminder. No surprises and no message you did not approve.
Every message is logged. The same message for the same booking cannot go out twice, even if you flip the status back and forth.
When you switch a message on, it does not start firing at old appointments. The balance reminder looks back 60 days, reviews 14, win-back at most a year. Without that, the first switch would send an avalanche.
A balance is not chased if it was paid in the meantime. A free spot is not announced if there is not one. Win-back is not sent to someone who already has a booking.
Every text is editable from the admin. Appointment, treatment, class or session, the system uses your word. Clients get the message in the language they chose.
Diagnostics check whether messages are really being sent and whether the time is right. If something is broken, the plugin tells you, instead of you hearing it from a client.

No, because you choose what goes out. After installation only two are active: the booking confirmation and the reminder. Everything else is off until you switch it on. In practice most people use three or four, not all sixteen.
No. Every message comes written in Serbian and English, in your color and with your logo. If you want it different, you edit it from the admin, no developer. The only thing worth writing yourself is the offer in the win-back message, since it depends on your business.
Then messages will not reach them, email is required to book. But every message can also go out as WhatsApp, Viber or SMS, since the payload carries the phone number too. That is set up through Zapier or Make.
Not required, but recommended. Messages go through the standard WordPress mail system. On cheap hosting such emails sometimes land in spam, which is why the plugin includes a send test in diagnostics, so you see straight away whether it works for you. If it does not, any free SMTP plugin fixes it in five minutes.
Fair question, and here is the honest answer. WordPress runs scheduled jobs only when someone visits the site. On a site with little traffic, messages can therefore be late. The fix is a real cron on the server, five minutes in cPanel, and the plugin's diagnostics tell you whether it works and give you the exact command.
Nothing will be sent retroactively. The system only looks at appointments from the last 60 days. Without that limit, the first switch would email every old balance at once, the fastest way to annoy half your client list.
Yes. No SMS directly from the plugin (it goes via Zapier or Make), no mobile app, and no mass newsletter campaigns. These are messages tied to an appointment and a client, not a marketing list tool.
Messages do not work in isolation, they lean on the rest of the system.
The license is paid once. A reminder that prevents a single no-show has already returned part of it, and it works every day, on its own.
