Software that speaks
your language, in every case

We do not mean translation. We mean that the word you choose is declined through grammatical cases and that adjectives agree with its gender, in every message your client reads.

Why foreign plugins always sound wrong here

English has no cases and no grammatical gender, so swapping a word in English is trivial. In Serbian it is not, and that is where you see who wrote the software for which market.

Word swap
Your reservation has been confirm. We expect you at the reservation at 5.30pm.
Here feminine
Your reservation has been confirmed. We expect you at your reservation at 5.30pm.
Same message masculine
Your treatment has been confirmed. We expect you at your treatment at 5.30pm.
You changed no text. You changed one setting, and the system picked the right grammatical case and made the adjective agree with the gender of the new word. It does that in ten places across the messages: the equivalents of Your, confirmed, canceled, amended, received, this, new and upcoming, each in two forms. A plugin written for the English market cannot do this, because in English the problem does not exist.

Eight words for the same thing

A clinic does not call it what a gym calls it. A lawyer does not call it what a salon calls it. The choice is one field in the settings.

Choice Nominative Genitive Accusative Gender
Appointmentterminterminaterminmasculine
Reservationrezervacijarezervacijerezervacijufeminine
Treatmenttretmantretmanatretmanmasculine
Sessionseansaseanseseansufeminine
Lessončasčasačasmasculine
Trainingtreningtreningatreningmasculine
Meetingsastanaksastankasastanakmasculine
Visitposetaposeteposetufeminine

Each choice carries its English counterpart, so a bilingual site does not fall apart: seansa becomes session, not the Serbian word left standing in an English sentence.

Any language, not just these two

Serbian and English are done. The rest is your choice and an hour of work.

  • Add a language, translate 63 texts, done. German, Hungarian, Russian, Italian, it makes no difference. There is no cap on the number of languages.
  • The client picks the language in the form itself, or you lock it through the shortcode, for example on the foreign-language version of your site.
  • The language follows the emails too, not just the form. A client who booked in English gets the confirmation in English.
  • In most plugins this is a developer's job: a separate file, translation software, an upload to the server. Here it is an input field in the admin.
For bilingual sites, and that is nearly every site dealing with foreigners, this is the difference between five minutes and a call to a developer.

A form that looks like your site, not like a plugin

Two fields do most of the work, because the color and the logo spread from there through the whole system.

Brand color

One field, and the color goes everywhere the client sees it.

  • Buttons and the selected slot in the form
  • The header and buttons in every email
  • The confirmation screen
  • The first-steps wizard

Your logo in the emails

The confirmation that reaches your client carries your mark, not ours.

  • The same logo across all sixteen messages
  • The plugin name appears nowhere
  • The email looks like your company sent it

A color per service

Every service carries its own color in the calendar.

  • The week reads as a picture, not as a list
  • You see at a glance what dominated that day

Custom fields

Your questions in the form, per service, not the same for everyone.

  • Text, longer text, a dropdown, a checkbox
  • Set per service, not globally
  • The answer sits with the appointment and goes into the email

Fifty-three industries you do not have to type in

Customization works best when it does not have to start from a blank page.

  • You pick what you do, and the system loads services with durations and prices, and sets the terminology that suits that industry.
  • A hairdresser gets cuts, color and blow-dry, with realistic durations. A driving school gets a driving lesson. A clinic gets an examination and a follow-up.
  • It is all a proposal, not an obligation. You change prices and durations right away, and mostly you only change prices.
  • This is a starting point, not a cage. The point is that in ten minutes you have a working system, instead of an empty admin and the question of where to begin.
Out of 53 industries, yours is almost certainly there. If it is not, the nearest one is, and editing five services is easier than entering fifteen.

The limits of customization

Text, color, logo and fields change. The screen layout does not.

  • There is no form layout editor. The order of steps and the arrangement of elements are fixed. You change the color, logo, text and fields, but you do not drag pieces around the screen.
  • There is no terminology of your own beyond these eight. If you need a ninth word, you cannot add it yourself, because you would also have to supply its cases and gender. Tell us which one and it goes into the next release.
  • There is no translation of service names. The form frame and the messages are translated, but the service name is entered by you, in one language. For bilingual names people in practice put both in the same field.
  • There is no clicking text inside the form. Text is edited in the admin, on the Translations page. This site used to say otherwise, and that was our mistake.
  • There are no multiple logos for multiple locations. One site carries one color and one logo. A second location with a different brand needs a second site, which means the Business package.
The fixed layout is a decision, not an oversight. A form that can be taken apart is a form that can be broken, and the number of completed bookings depends on exactly that layout.

Questions people actually ask

No, you change one setting. After that the word changes itself everywhere: in the form, across all sixteen messages, on the confirmation screen, in the correct grammatical case for each sentence. Adjectives agree with the gender of the new word, so both the feminine and the masculine versions come out grammatically correct without you touching any text.

No. You add the language on the Translations page and translate 63 texts into input fields. No separate files, no translation software, no upload to a server. If you have a translator, you send them the list and enter the result. The number of languages is not capped.

No, the order of steps and the layout are fixed. You can add your own fields per service and change every piece of text, but you cannot drag parts of the screen around. That is deliberate: the layout is the reason clients reach the end, and a form that can be taken apart is a form that can be broken.

No. The email carries your logo and your color, and the plugin name appears nowhere in it. To the client it is a message from your company, which is how it should be, since your company is the one that took the booking.

You pick the closest one and edit the services, or skip the selection and enter your own. The presets are a starting point, not a limit: everything they load can be changed or deleted immediately. If you think your industry deserves its own preset, say so through contact, because that is how most of these 53 came about.

Where this shows up

Customization has no screen of its own on the client's side. It shows on every other one.

The client does not need to know we exist

Your word, your grammatical case, your color, your logo. The license is paid once, and the plugin name appears nowhere the client can see it.
