In a salon the appointment ends when the client walks out. In a clinic it has only started: a check-up in six months, a result on the way, a therapy that runs for weeks. A calendar that remembers only today is not enough here.
When a patient walks in, you need their history at a glance, not a search backwards through the calendar.
The record builds itself from appointments. You enter nothing twice. The balance is visible immediately, so you do not ask the patient whether they paid last time, and you do not forget to charge.
This is the one part of the site where the legal framework matters more than the feature.
Under the Serbian data protection act and the GDPR, data revealing health has a stricter regime than ordinary personal data. A patient's name next to a service called “Mole check” or “Individual session” already says something about their health.
Three words for the same thing, and the patient notices when the software uses the wrong one.
You change one setting, and the word then declines through the grammatical cases and agrees by gender on its own. You never edit a single text by hand.
Half of your services are called Follow-up. That means the patient should return, and most often they do not because they forgot.
Therapy and speech therapy have run over video for years, but the calendar usually stayed in one place and the link in another.
A patient wants their own doctor, or wants the soonest possible. Both are legitimate.
Every service in a laboratory takes 15 minutes. That is not a small clinic, that is throughput.
With durations that match a real examination and prices for the Serbian market. You change all of it right away.
Three are shown from each, and the whole list is loaded. The optician has two free services, frame selection and a follow-up, because that is how it works: the examination is the service, the sale comes after.
No. This is a booking system, not a medical information system and not an electronic health record in the sense of health documentation law. It keeps appointments, payments and a history of visits. It does not keep diagnoses, therapies or results. If you need medical documentation, that is a different product and we do not pretend this one does it.
There is a note field on the client and on the appointment. But bear in mind what you write: this is your site's database, not a protected medical system. For a reminder like “comes with their mother” or “prefers afternoon slots” it is fine. For a diagnosis it is not, and we honestly advise you not to.
It does not. You edit the text of every message from the admin, so you can drop the service name and leave only the time. A message saying “Reminder for your appointment tomorrow at 10:00” reveals nothing about health and still does its job. That is your call, not ours.
The client record has two buttons: export and delete. Export produces a file with all of their data and all of their appointments, which is what the right of access asks for. Delete removes the data. Watch one thing only: invoices you have issued must be kept under tax law, regardless of a deletion request.
Yes, that is one 80 minute service and one appointment. You do not need a capacity of two, because it is a single session booked by one person. Capacity above one is used when several people book the same slot independently, for example a group session with a speech therapist.
No. Everything you read above are switches you never turn on. If you work alone, there is no doctor selection. If you have no online sessions, that part does not exist. The wizard asks what you do and sets up what you need, and you never see the rest. The free version is there so you can check that without spending a dinar.
Most often they simply forgot. The message that reminds them about a check-up sends itself, and you write it once.
