The admin page in WordPress is your command center. Here you set the rules for every card, approve verification, run the team with permissions, brand the portal, and connect integrations. Employees get the front-end portal with only what you allow, while you see and control everything.
QR vCard Pro has two levels. The admin page in WordPress, controlled by the owner, and the front-end QR Portal that employees access. The admin offers much more: global settings, all cards, the team and permissions, branding, and integrations. The portal is the workspace of an individual, with what their permission allows.
Everything that applies to the whole system you set in one place, in the settings. Change it once and it applies everywhere.
Example: you set privacy once and every card complies with the rules. You set the global capture mode, and all cards take it, while you can make an exception for a single card.
You see and edit every card from the admin: search, editing, a verification column, and bulk actions across many cards at once.
Example: you verify twenty employee cards in one bulk action, instead of one by one.
The verified blue badge works on an "and, and" rule. The issuer approves the license for verification, and then the badge turns on for each card. You as the admin control who is eligible.
You add employees and give each a permission level. A salesperson edits only their card, a manager sees the whole team through a manager dashboard and team analytics.
Example: ten salespeople each run their own card, and the head of sales sees the scans and captured contacts of the whole team in one place.
On the Agency plan the portal carries your brand. You remove the "powered by" line, set your own logo and colors, and even resell the service to clients. The portal your team and clients use looks like your own product.
From the admin you connect external tools:
Example: every contact captured on any card arrives in your CRM through a webhook, with no manual copying.
For larger teams and agencies, the admin offers bulk import of many cards at once, a shared team workspace, and team email signatures. You set up dozens of cards in a few minutes.
Only the owner and the roles you grant access in WordPress. Employees work in the portal, not in the admin.
The admin is full control: global settings, all cards, and the team. The portal is the workspace of an individual, with what their permission allows.
Only what their permission allows. A basic employee sees only their own card, a manager sees the team.
The team, white-label, and bulk import are on higher plans, and Agency unlocks everything. The basic admin, your cards and settings, works on every plan.
Admin control grows with the plan, and Agency unlocks everything.
