The QR Portal is a front-end page on your site where employees log in and run their cards, without entering the WordPress admin. It is simple, it works on a phone, and it is available in eleven languages. Each person sees and does exactly what their permission allows.
The QR Portal is the workspace for daily work with cards. It lives on your domain, it opens in a browser, and it does not require WordPress knowledge. An employee logs in, sees their cards, and uses the tools you gave them.
An employee logs in with their account and picks the portal language. The language choice is remembered, so a multinational team each works in their own language.
Example: a colleague from Belgrade uses the portal in Serbian, a colleague from Munich in German, while the data and the cards are the same.
On the portal home are your cards. A salesperson sees their own, a manager sees the team, by permission. You create a new card and open an existing one straight from the portal.
You edit the card with the same editor as in the admin: basic details, gallery, featured links, social networks, colors, and lead capture. Every change is visible on the card right away.
From the portal you download the QR code for printing and program an NFC tag. The QR and the link never change, so already printed material still leads to the up to date card.
The portal shows how the cards perform: scans by day, hour, city, country, and device, conversions, UTM sources, and a view per card. You see what brings results.
Example: you see that the stand card has the most scans on Saturday afternoon, so you increase your presence then.
Every contact the cards capture is in the portal, in one list. You export the lists and send them to a CRM, so no lead is left forgotten.
In the portal you build an email signature with your card and paste it into your mail program. Every email you send carries a button to your card.
From the portal you share your details and exchange contacts. A form opens where you choose which fields you send, and the sharing goes via WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, SMS, or by copying the link. The exchange is two-way: while you send your details, the other person easily leaves theirs.
Tip: at a meeting you send exactly as much as needed, and in return you get the contact of the other person in your list right away.
No. The portal is simple and separate from the admin, built for daily work.
In eleven languages, with a switcher, so each person works in their own language.
Exactly what your permission allows. A basic employee sees their own card, a manager sees the team.
