Guide · Building your card

One card carries everything, and you choose exactly what you send

Everything you set in the card editor shows on your card. But when you send your details to another person, a form opens where you tick only what you want to send. So you keep one rich card and full control over every share. The examples below show the options from the maximum package (Agency), where everything is unlocked.

Set it once All on the card Send only what you pick

0One card, full control over sharing

You fill the card once: name, position, company, photo, contacts, social links, gallery, links, and colors. All of it is visible on the card that a visitor opens by scanning the QR code, tapping NFC, or following the link.

The control is in the share. When you send your details to someone, a form opens where you choose which fields go to that person. To a client you send the business contact, to a friend just the phone and Instagram, to a partner abroad the card in their language. One card, and every share tailored.

1Gallery and featured links

On the card you add up to four photos in the gallery (16:9) and up to seven featured links with a preview. You can auto-fill each link from its address with the "Load preview" button, or upload your own image.

Title and description per language

You set the title and description of each link separately for each language (Serbian, English, German, and the others), and the "Auto-translate" button fills the rest. A visitor from Germany sees the titles in German, a visitor from Serbia in Serbian.

Example: at a fair, the gallery shows four product photos, and the featured links lead to a catalog, a case study, and a price list, each with its own thumbnail and translation.

2Social networks and links

On the card you connect your profiles: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, and more. A visitor opens the network they want in one tap, with no typing of a username.

Example: a recruiter taps LinkedIn and sees your profile at once, a brand taps Instagram and follows the account.

3Landing page colors

You match the card look to your brand in two moves. The quick presets (Earth Tones, Corporate Blue, Forest Green, Royal Pink, Bold Red, and more) set all four colors at once, or you pick the colors manually down to the exact tone of your logo.

Tip: choose a preset that follows your logo colors, so the card looks like part of the brand, not a generic page.

4Lead capture, per card

Every card can collect visitor contacts. There is a global setting that all cards inherit, but for each card you can turn on a different mode. You pick the mode by the goal of the card.

ModeWhen to use it
DisabledA personal card with no capture, just sharing details.
Pre-Save bannerA gentle banner before the visitor saves the contact.
Post-Save modalA modal with a call to action after the visitor saves the contact.
GatedThe visitor must leave details before the download, ideal for a catalog or a fair offer.
Banner + ModalBoth the banner and the modal, for the highest number of captured contacts.

Lead capture also comes with a follow-up email option, so an interested visitor gets a message automatically.

Example: a stand card uses "Gated", so a visitor leaves an email before downloading the catalog. A personal card uses "Disabled". A sales card uses "Banner + Modal".

5Send control: send only what you want

When you send your details to someone, a form opens automatically with every field of the card, grouped by section: basic details, photos, contact, social networks, links, and navigation. For each group you choose all or none, or you tick fields one by one. Then you send via WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, SMS, or you copy the link.

This is the heart of it. The card shows everything, and every share is tailored to the person you send to. You never share more than needed, and the recipient gets a clean contact with exactly what matters to them.

To whomWhat you send
A clientName, company, business email, phone, and website. No personal email and no socials.
A contact from an eventName, phone, and Instagram. No company details.
A partner abroadThe card in their language, just the business contact and LinkedIn.
A job candidateName, position, business email, and a link to the listing.

Tip: make a habit of checking the form before you send. Five seconds of picking fields leaves a far more professional impression than sharing everything at once.

6Everything is dynamic

You change any detail in the editor whenever you need, and the QR code and link stay the same. A new position, a new number, a new offer, all show right away, with no reprinting. Already printed cards still lead to the up to date card.

7Frequently asked questions

Does the recipient need to install an app?

Can I send different details to different people?

Yes. You pick the fields on every share, so each person gets exactly what you selected.

The basic card and the send control work on every plan. The full set, for example per card capture modes and team options, unlocks on higher plans, and Agency unlocks everything.

How does the link title translation work?

Can I change details after printing the QR code?
